About

Our Story

The Wayfinding Project was born from lived experience, navigating culture, family, expectations, stress, racism, and belonging while growing up in Western Sydney as Pasifika and Māori young people. We know what young people carry, the strength of identity, culture, story, and community. And we know that when a young person feels grounded in who they are, they rise. That is Wayfinding.

Our Approach

  • Culturally grounded
  • Strengths-based
  • Trauma-aware
  • Relationship-focused
  • Co-designed with schools/clubs/communities
