Who We are
The Wayfinding Project is a not-for-profit organization based in Western Sydney. We aim to strengthen cultural identity, belonging, confidence, and leadership across schools, community, junior sport, and workplaces. Grounded in Pasifika values, storytelling, creative expression, and culturally safe practices, our programs help young people thrive in every space they move through.

20-week Identity & Leadership Program
- A transformational journey through identity & belonging, communication & expression, leadership & influence, and reflection & legacy.
- Students build cultural pride, confidence, wellbeing, and leadership, becoming role models who uplift their community.
Resilience & Wellbeing Workshops
- Practical tools for understanding stress, coping strategies, cultural strengths, and family connection.
- Workshops support parents, carers, elders, community groups, and youth services.
Mindset & Team Culture Workshops
- High-energy sessions that transform teams.
- Young athletes learn confidence under pressure, communication, team standards, respect, mental toughness, and leadership on and off the field.
Resilient Teams & High-Performance Workshops
